This policy explains the information handled by this website and by the client-site lead service operated by Quillplan LLC doing business as HoosierWebs.
This website
Our host, Cloudflare, automatically adds its Web Analytics script to the HTML pages served from this site. Loading a page makes a request to static.cloudflareinsights.com and sends Cloudflare aggregate, cookieless usage and performance data. We do not add any other analytics, and we do not set cookies.
When you email us
If you email alex@hoosierwebs.com, we use your email address and message to reply and manage the correspondence.
When you claim a site
If you claim a demo site, we collect the authorized person’s name, business email address, and your confirmation that you’re authorized to act for the business. We record the exact Services Agreement and this Privacy Policy you accept, the version and a cryptographic hash of each, and the time you accepted. We use this to form and administer your subscription.
Payment information
Payment is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. When you set up a payment method, it goes directly to Stripe; we never receive or store your card number or full card details. We keep only Stripe’s identifiers and the status of your payment method and subscription, so we can manage billing. Stripe processes your payment data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Intake information
During intake you confirm your business facts — legal and public name, address, phone, email, services, hours, any professional license number — and your domain choice. We keep a version history of what you submit and confirm. We store these details, and immutable copies of your accepted agreement and each intake version, using our infrastructure providers, to build and operate your site.
Leads on client sites
Quote and appointment-request forms on client websites are delivered to that client’s email inbox. We retain those submissions as needed to operate the service: delivery, monthly lead counts, and troubleshooting.
The people submitting those forms are the client’s leads and customers, not ours. We do not sell, rent, or use their information for our own marketing. The Services Agreement explains the client’s responsibilities after a submission is delivered.
How long we keep lead submissions
We keep quote and appointment-request submissions as needed to operate the service. Demo-site submissions are kept for up to 90 days. For client sites, we keep submissions for the retention period configured for your site (by default, about one year), after which they are deleted.
Abuse prevention
To limit spam and abuse of our forms, we briefly keep a hashed form of the sender’s network address for a short period (about ten minutes). We do not store your raw IP address in lead or claim records.
