Click-to-call and quote or appointment-request forms send leads to the client’s inbox. Appointment requests are form submissions, not bookings. A monthly report shows the lead count.
The tools you already use can stay in the picture.
Scheduling widgets, payment links, review feeds, and similar services can be embedded when those tools support it. The tool and its account remain yours.
